how do I create a list of just client email addresses?

Highlight the clients (Use F3 and select all?)
Print > Database Report > Custom > Make up a name like "e-mail" > OK
Client information > pick which you want Client Full Name then TP email or SP email or both > Click the > to add to the list at the right. Click Preview or Print when done.
When you click Close you will be offered a chance to save the report settings.
