Hello, my 2018 Lacerte program is not loading individual tax returns when I switch from partnerships or S-corps to individual from the client tab, the client list is blank and the whole program freezes.

Have you tried the first step of any software issue - rebooting your computer?
If Jeff's reboot suggestion doesn't work try running WebSetUp to reinstall any updates.
