changes to refund

I have three clients that have received reduced refunds, the IRS claims that form 8812 was incorrectly filled out or not carried forward to the return properly,

they claim,   error in social security number, or qualifying dependent was missing or incomplete, last name of one or more did not match our records, or qualifying dependent age exceeds the age limit, or your adjusted income exceeds $75,000 ($150,000 if married filing jointly, $112,500 if head of household.

The amount was computed incorrectly.

none of the above are correct in my review of these three returns.

are their field limits in the form 8812 or some place else, ss cards and birth dates matche,

all of children are from parents with same name. all are under 15,  all received advance credits,

all received EIC payments.   I am not able to calculate the Reductions that the IRS makes, not for one child or for one type of credit...

Does anyone else have this problem?
