Client uses 3 cloud servers for Lacerte
The word processing feature in Lacerte is not working. Our client took a couple hours and revised several state letters in the Partnership module of Lacerte 2019 in mid-May.
Then when we went to print the client return in early June, a bunch of my changes were lost. I chalked it up to old technology, and doctored them up again and printed. Now, I was looking to print another copy and they are gone yet again. Is it possible that data file exists on one of our servers and each time I get bounced to another server, my changes don’t come with me?
Mostly what is missing are some bold and separate paragraphs. It seems the states we had edited from past years are sticking fine (CO and OR.)
