Spent 4 hours with tech support on this error yesterday. I can't view forms when I get this error and the error ONLY appears to manifest in returns with state packages I purchased. If I'm working in a return I have to REP I don't get the error. Tech support "elevated" the issue and when I called back today the ONLY so called solution I was offered was contact by a specialist "within 24-48 hours". With a weekend approaching that means no work until Monday or later. If things get resolved Monday that will mean 5 days with no work. I am really, really not happy and would like to voice my dissatisfaction to the ProConnect community as a whole because maybe, if enough of us get on this outfit, they will figure out a way to accommodate their customers effectively.
Just experimenting while on hold. Created a new client with a REP state in 2021 and proforma'd to 2022. No error when I opened the client but as soon as I REP'd it I got the error again.
