CA FTB phone lines down?

No matter which number I call, ie 916-845-1043. there is no pickup from CA FTB. Is CA FTB phone system down? I can make other calls just fine......

@RajeshTemecula That phone number is for tax help outside the US. Their site has an 800 customer service number.

Hi Katie: Thanks. I just cut and paste the below from CA FTB website. it does not mention it's for overseas callers.....now in the  afternoon the CA FTB just says call again! too many calls! hilarious.
