Have had a problem with the benefit plan signatures. Have requested signature and the return is on the Efast site and signature is approved so all is OK there. But Lacerte cannot pick this up, and signature is still pending inside the program. Over two weeks, multiple calls to tech support, now about 10+ days escalated to "development team" and perpetual promises that "someone will call you back". Due date is two weeks away!! Anyone else encounter this issue?
