Hello:
I am getting the following critical diagnostics for Alabama S Corporation"
There are differences between the Alabama totals and shareholder allocations of certain items on the S Corporation return. The totals of all shareholders' allocations for these items do not match the corresponding totals on the tax return....
The program has detected a difference on the K1 reconciliation for item Z. Composite payment
There is only 1 shareholder and the numbers match. Any suggestion?
