Anyone else having performance issue related to 2021 Lacerte? For the last couple of weeks the software seemed to slow down drastically and crashes often. We get the blue spinning wheel for extended periods when flipping to different screens (clients, detail, forms, etc). Intuit has indicated that the issue is with our network and the System Path File. However, we aren't having any other problems with our network and our IT department has indicated that everything is operating fine. In addition, all the other tax years seem to work fine.

Yes - we tried the force websetup.
We were ultimately able to resolve the problem. Apparently on a recent update, the system settings was changed. We had to reset the settings using them from the 2020 software.
Did support suggest a FORCE websetup?
