Can you efile a 2018 individual amended return?

Edit.... my cheeky answer is wrong re: 2018 amended returns.  Only 2019 amended returns can be efiled (when the IRS reopens in late Jan 2021).

But not right now as the IRS has MeF closed down.

@abctax55 is that something I missed, as I thought the IRS only changed the ability to Efile amended returns to 2019, or later.
