Just says close this dialog box and click the diagnostics tab to review & resolve errors. Anyone know how to clear this?

How do you know that validation failed?
looking at the e-file center list of clients in next steps is say Validation Failed. I was at a loss of what to do and couldn't figure out what was wrong so I went to e-file return wizard went through the process of efiling except for the last (final) step of sending to lacerte and that cleared the validation failure. I don't know why it cleared it or what the issue was.
