UX problem
Hello Lacerte! It is not helpful for the warning message to pop up behind the giant logo, and then I am stuck there - you can't move on until you close the warning message, which I can't read.
This has happened to me multiple times in the last week or two. Can we please get this corrected? Thank you!!

We've experienced variations of this issue for YEARS! A user calls saying Lacerte is frozen. Nine times out of ten, it's just a hidden window that you can't get to. Usually keyboard shortcuts are needed to move the window, force the window to the front, or dismiss.

Thank you IntuitGabi, but that is not a viable solution for your average accountant user. The problem is that some popup windows hide themselves. The user doesn't know there is a hidden window that they need to deal with. They only know that Lacerte appears frozen because that's all they see. A popup window, by definition, should be visible. You can't expect a user to deal with something they don't know is there!
