I can log into my account for tax year 2022, but not for 2021.  What's wrong?

Instead of posting in this Diagnostics section, it would be better to start a new topic in the Lacerte user section of the community forum. By starting your own topic, you get to use Title to indicate what the issue is about. Then you can provide a description of the issue. And it helps to include NY in the title, because your peer users who volunteer here and are familiar with NY might be able to be of help.

Thank you for your reply.  I tend to agree, so I'll just forge ahead, and try contacting Lacerte again after the next update if it isn't fixed.  Thanks again.
