Exception occurred in the tax engine
All stations have been receiving this error message. Mostly on individual taxes. Sixteen clients so far. The program goes into an error loop with five to six different errors. Then freezes. Have to "ctrl alt del" to get out of program. Tried proforma on client again and that does not work. Can't even delete the client. The only work around is to copy and rename 2021 and then proforma again. We have had a couple of clients where the return is completely done with no error messages until we try to e-file. Now we cannot e-file the client. Had the same thing happen with one we were extending. I am concerned that we are going to have a very difficult time with extensions. We have contacted tech support three times and they have tried every possible solution and it does not work. They finally "escalated" our situation but we have not heard from them yet.

Tried that and it did not work. Googled and tried it all and it did not work either.
After escalating they called me and they took our database and fixed it. Ends up the database was corrupted and there was nothing we could do to fix it. They had to fix it. Works great now.
