eFile Reject: Error 5205 TX - Invalid combinatio of tax forms

I tried efiling with the same carryover 2022 information for the Texas Franchise Tax Form 05-102/05-166. I get this reject code. 

I have no idea what it means. 

Reject: Error 5205: Invalid combination of tax forms. - Form Number: Header; Line Number:

Resolution: For this filing the state has determined that the filing type is not consistent with the transmitted forms. Please review the forms you are submitting (or missing) and make any necessary adjustments and resend the filing. Please remove any entries overriding which main form is generated in the program.

I am also having this issue, any solutions?

1. It's not due til May 15.

2. Check the directions. Filing requirements changed this year. You may be trying to file both forms and one is not needed.

Correct about the deadline, but i am filing a combine report, and this is the issue i am encountering,

That was the solutions. I eliminated the 05-166 and just submitted the 05-102 Public Information Report.
