The following diagnostic is generating: I am amending NC tax return. I am getting a critical diagnostic stating : when the amount of tax computed( after Credits applied) is less than or equal to the total tax payment made, then the amount on the lines for tax due, penalties and interest should be zero or blank on the form. How do i get rid of this. Solution:

We are getting this same diagnostic.  Any ideas?

I have the same issue.  Were you able to get it resolved or did you just paper file the NC amendment?
