KY state filing made a massive amount amount of changes, especially on S-Corps. I received the exact same diagnostics. Just link to that section form the diagnostic page and the fill in the the description and amounts that match the Federal return exactly. The more difficult part to figure out on KY was gettion it to read that the Corp I was preparing was to be allocated 0% of income. Extremely confusing the set-up created currently within LaCerte. That could just be that I don't prep a ton of KY S-Corp returns. Hope this helps, Scott
