Yes how do i get rid of this diagnostic warning about attaching the 3885 attached to the return.  Larry Maurer

If you have attached the form, ignore the diagnostic.

This is an efile critical diagnostic.  Will it still efile?

I couldn't figure out why the diagnostic appeared since the 3885 is part of the return and didn't have this issue in 2022. I attached a copy of the 3885 anyway and used the to E-file Support Tools to disable the error. I'm waiting to see if has been accepted.
