The following diagnostic is generating: For income tax purposes, New York City includes the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island. Currently one of these burroughs' codes is entered as the school district, but NYC/Yonkers residency is entered as "No". Please review your input in the client information screen or confirm that the taxpayer isn't subject to New York City Income Tax. The only options in the NYC/Yonkers residency are: No, New York City full year resident, and Yonkers full year resident. However, this taxpayer is a part year resident. Therefore, if I enter NYC full year resident, then I get an error message because she's a part year resident!

Just finished chatting with the support regarding this code, long story short, they suggested me to just get rid of the School District # field or select "ignore" at the critical diagnostic screen because it won't stop me from efiling the tax returns.
simple solution isn't it?
