The following diagnostic is generating: If an incoming or outgoing Form 106K is marked non-resident, then one and only one checkbox for composite, Form DR107,Form DR 108,or SALT Parity election is required per 106K

I'm getting this same diagnostic. I've tried checking several boxes, including some that are inaccurate (but just to try and see if they would resolve the error), but nothing works.

Hi Mike:

We were getting the same diagnostic on a 1065 and resolved it.  The state of CO doesn't want the DR 0107 filed every year, so as long as you've filed it previously, if you go to screen 32.1 Partner Misc Info.  Select the out of state partner, then select Colorado Information under the Sections tab at the lower L.  Under the main screen, under Colorado Information, put a 2 under Form DR 0107 (form on file with agency).
