@Paul Testo Did you read the article in the link I gave. Part of Tool Hub can do a Force.

A notice was sent out this time last year to 'update' ALL prior years. If you did, it mostly worked, but not always.
Reinstall the software (from ToolHub but if that doesn't work - from MyAccount & download it again).
And no, you won't lose your data (but of course you have good, clean, recent back-ups, right 😉
