The following diagnostic is generating: VIN number for vehicle being claimed is invalid. Taxpayer checked the number, it is the number of the car he purchased.

IF there's no error in the VIN (watch those "S" and "5".... then maybe that model does not qualify.   That can be verified at various websites.  One can't rely on the dealership.
