The following diagnostic is generating:

Form 8936 # {PrefixNum} : The VIN entered for the vehicle for which a credit is being claimed is invalid.

Solution:

1. Click on the diagnostic from the Diagnostics tab.
2. This will take you to Credits>Screen 34 General Business & Vehicle Credits
3. In the Clean Vehicle Credit>Schedule A Part I: Vehicle Details verify the VIN in the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) field is entered correctly.
4. If the VIN is incorrect, enter the correct one in the field.

IF there's no error in the VIN (watch those "S" and "5".... then maybe that model does not qualify.   That can be verified at various websites.  One can't rely on the dealership.
