The following diagnostic is generating:  The amount for inventory is greater inside of Montana than everywhere. (ref.#14804)

The data entry for inventory is correct allocating between Montana and Idaho so the diagnostic is incorrect.  And, Montana no longer uses inventory in its apportionment calculation so it shouldn't matter anyway.  This diagnostic is preventing the ability to efile Montana.

I am getting a similar diagnostic, but for payroll. MT no longer uses payroll in their apportionment factor either so there is no place for me to adjust.

I ended up finding an entry in COGS screen that was marked as MT so I changed it to US and that cleared it.
