Selling Rental Property

CAT331
Level 1

I didn't see an easy way to enter in the client selling a rental property. I added in an approximate capital gain but would be nice to have the option to enter prorated income and expenses up until sale and then enter in the sale amount and have it estimate the outcome.  This would be very popular with rental property owners as clients.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.  Currently, the only option would be to enter the taxable proceeds from the sale in the income section.  However this may be a feature that would be included in a future build.
