ITA has somehow produced an incorrect amount of CA itemized deductions. ITA has added 32K of state itemized deductions to the Federal amount and I can't see nor determine the reason. This is an awkward product.

Thank you. I'm just discovering them. It is December 2, and I need a tax projector software that is complete and accurate. And I'm upset because it is very late in the planning season to discover all the glitches. (I have only about 10 clients needing planning so I don't want to purchase Thomson Reuters or something else. Maybe I'll just use the 2025 Lacerte software.

The 2025 LC program has a much different result than ITA. And it is correct. I will stop using ITA.
