I am hung up on getting past the user (admin) setup screen. I am a one person entity.
FYI, this is a peer user forum. Intuit reps rarely chime in here. You'll need to call the Support line to get specific help.
Also, you posted this in the "Intuit Tax Advisor" section. You'd get more visibility posting this under your specific software channel.
I use Lacerte. Back on Windows 10, before I went hosted, I think I was able to get as far back as 2005 before it stopped working to install prior years. Haven't tried it on Windows 11, thankfully haven't had another client show up that delinquent in his/her tax filings when the IRS/FTB still wanted those returns.
