Quickbooks desktop download not working

I'm trying to download an old version of QB desktop.  I sign into my intuit account and go to the purchases I've made and it shows the shows the software and there is a "Download Intuit QuickBooks Accountant - 2018" link which is active.  I hit the link and nothing happens at all.   Does anyone know what the issue might be?  I have the most recent windows program and download stuff all the time.   Sorry for the poorly worded question.  Its also probably under the wrong catagory, as there is nothing on the drop down that is for quickbooks.   Thank you in advance.
