Clearing State Tax Withholding From Baseline

I have a plan where the taxpayer no longer has a W-2 from an employer.  I have cleared the W-2 data and manually adjusted the state tax payments on the federal side of the plan, but I am noticing that the state withholdings are still in the state side of the plan.  Is there any way to clear this amount?

@dtillett  Thank you for reaching out and letting us know what state you are working with. If you go to the OH state side of the plan and scroll down to State Estimates and enter an offsetting entry in the  box for Taxpayer or Spouse for State withholding adjustment this will remove the amount.
