Add to your profile under My settings. Right-click to open this link in a new tab and follow along with the instructions below. 



Here are the three most important fields to update under the Intro tab: 

1. Customer Account Number (CAN): Adding this to your profile is a convenient way for us to verify your information as well view your history with Intuit.

2. Biography: Where are you from? How long have you been in the business? Share a little about yourself as a quick way to connect with others (and to unlock a badge). 

3. Years of experience: Update how long you've been with Intuit by showing off your product knowledge. 

Select Save and you should see the updates on your profile by clicking on your profile icon.
