How to find your Customer Account Number in Lacerte

To check your Lacerte Customer Account Number, follow these steps.

  1. From the Settings menu, select Options.
  2. Select the Firm Info tab.
  3. The customer account number is located in the first field of the Firm Info screen.

Or:

  1. Hold down the F10 key to open the Technical Support Information window.
  2. Select the License Information tab.
  3. The customer account number is located on the 2nd line of this tab.
  1. Click My Account to open the sign in screen.
  2. Click on Account in the upper right portion of the screen
  3. The Customer Account number will be listed in the Account Details section
