How to find your Customer Account Number in ProConnect Tax

Follow these steps to locate your Customer Account Number:

1. Select .
2. Select About Your ProConnect Tax.
3. The Customer Account Number will be the first number displayed.

If you haven't purchased returns before:

You're currently using a trial account. A Customer Account Number will be assigned automatically when you make your first purchase in the program.

If your Customer Account Number is blank or "None":

1. Make sure you're logged in with the same email address (or user ID) you used to set up your account.
2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
3. Refresh the page.

If you previously purchased returns in ProConnect Tax:
