Please also make sure on the CA Single Member LLC screen you have checked the box for "Amended Return" and that on the File Return screen you are going to "E-file Amendment" on the left-hand side.  There will not be an additional form generated.  Form 568 will generate as shown as in this screenshot when you view the form with Amended Return indicated.  If you are still having issues, please contact ProConnect Support as our office is open today.
