I called Support. I suggest everyone does this so that they understand the huge problem this causes us. Apparently they are supposed to have the problem resolved by Friday, 1/9/2026. The issue is that your user access expired on 12/31/2025. But the new one you purchased isn't active yet either. So we are supposed to wait for Intuit's programmers to fix the issue. FYI - according to the Facebook Proconnect group this was a problem last year too. Not sure why Intuit didn't learn from that experience. Support's phone number can be found here.
