Do your clients pay the estimated tax payments manually?
I have the estimated payments paid electronically, so they would not have alternative dates than scheduled, and as long as the clients maintain sufficient funds in their accounts, the estimated payments will succeed.
I expect the check box to mean "I have paid all estimated payments on the scheduled dates" rather than due dates.
