Good afternoon!

Just moved to ProConnect from ProSeries and accepted my free eSignatures (plus added more paid ones). When I go to send my request, I am met with an error message of:

Unable to send eSignature request . Please try again later. Contact Customer support if the problem persists.

Wanted to see if anyone here has a fix before calling in.

I'm having the same error. It keeps telling me something is wrong on their side, and ask me try again later or contact a customer service.

Hello. There may be an internal issue with syncing. You'll have to contact support and let them know of this error message. How to contact ProConnect for help
