I am trying to do the 2024 pre-order for the Proconnect tax return and I have some questions about the pricing. I made several attempts to call their number on the website which is  (844) 861-3603, but nobody picked up the phone. Not sure if anyone knows an email address to contact them.  Can anyone help me with these pricing questions?

(1) I have been using Proconnect for 3 years and I noticed that they charge me a higher price year after year. Does this happen to every Proconnect client? Did I miss anything?

(2) When I attempt to do the 2024 Pre-order, the website shows a flat rate- for example, $58 per individual tax return no matter if I enter 20 returns or 200 returns. I thought the more returns I ordered, the better/lower price would be charged. Isn't this what their website has been marketing?
