eSignature failed 3 times for a customer. Using the code in email only prompts the customer to signup for DocuSign. According to the customer, the tax document isn't showing and there's nothing to sign. I saw a post saying just sign into DocuSign to send the request. Did not see anything like that in PTO. Any idea how to overcome eSignature failure?
