I am unable to create new 2022 tax returns from 2021 filed returns, does anyone know why?

I have attempted to create the 2022 returns and a few worked then everything stopped. I can no longer create new returns and it is expecting me to copy over all the details and I lost all personalization in my questions link documents. Any ideas why?

This is all I see. No restrictions on the account. No problems filing in 2021, very simple return.

a) Review the 2021 return to see if it is processing correctly.

b) try again

c) if it fails - is 2021 locked? If so, unlock it and

d) try again

e) if this still fails, contact support via phone or chat
