If I select Domestic General Partnership on the Federal Tax return, why does the California Form generate CA Form 568 instead of CA Form 565?

If I select Domestic General Partnership on the Federal Tax return, why does the California Form generate CA Form 568 instead of CA Form 565? Past returns used form 565, but this year the CA State forms imports Form 568.
