How do I open a password protected file without the password? And, our Company does not have a master password so I can't use that password to open it.

Customer Service can do a Master Password Reset which allows you to open any client file. The Account Owner would need to contact Customer Service at 800-434-6818.

ProSeries was able to help me set up a Master Password then I used that password to get into the file that i couldn't get into. Thanks much Charlene!!!
