My question was in regards to efiling 94x. Yes, it is transmitted to Intuit, and Intuit sends to IRS.  The instructions for "reporting agent" indicates "a separate letter containing your 5-digit Reporting Agent PIN" being sent from IRS;.... after receiving notice from IRS that one has been accepted to participate in the IRS efile Program.  I have not received this separate letter with the 5 digit Reporting Agent PIN.
