A number of people said their CDs were MIA but nobody has reported back what happened to them.  Call customer service to see what the scoop is with the missing CD.  If you haven't done so already, you can download the product by logging on to your Intuit account.

It appears DHL sent it to Holland for scanning. It should be here soon.

I never got my CD from DHL, called on 1/7/19 and it was sent out 1 day air.  Everything fine.
