I'm new to ProSeries and in fact, I'm about to sign my first completed return but my name is printed in the box.  Is there a reason it is printed in the box?  How can I empty it so I can sign?  Thank You.  I tried calling 800-434-6818 and it just drops the call.  AI said it does that sometimes !!
