It started a few days ago in Pro-Series 25 but I just noticed that it happens in 24 and 23 as well. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes!! I just posted an answer on a different thread reporting the same problem.
Basically, open the underlying .RTF file located in the ProWin25/common folder and change the paper size to Letter. Restart ProSeries & the letters worked for me after that.
