Hello Everyone, is anyone having this issue with Proseries? I would create a file, save it then try to reopen it and this protection plus window pops up. I would have to go open Task Manager to close Proseries then restart everything again. This doesnt happen when i start a new file.

I think the button you need to get rid of it is down lower on the pop-up, can you not see the rest of the window?

It wont let me go further down, since its touch screen i can only magnify but it wont shrink no less than what ive shown. I tried reinstalling the program and updating as well but it wont go away. I may have to call Proseries.

Can you try changing the display so everything is smaller, maybe you'll be able to see the bottom of the window box?
Or do you have an option up on the toolbar that says View than you can change the magnification %? I see that option in Basic 2022, Im sure its there for all years.

OK, I just had that popup on mine too, but I had an X in the upper right corner to click...yours is missing the X, I still think its a display problem.

Every year it is always something painful! You would figure the app devs would QC this before unleashing pain on us yet again!
