I am just waiting for that 8283 comes out so I can get my inflated non-cash deductions in ASAP. 😉  Because that "is in the best interest of my clients."  Even though their best interest would be selling the items at their present value.  And then take the cash and contribute what would have been the tax savings to that charity and pocketing the rest.
