This is NOT Intuit support...its a peer 2 peer forum.You should remove your personal info as there are trolls out. Then call customer service.

The email does NOT show it broken down, it just shows the already discounted prices for Fast Path and the program.

So unless you happen to know the 'regular' price of things, it is easy to think from the email that no discount was given.

The original renewal you should have received earlier this year showed the discount.  The bill you just received showed the amount as net, rather than a separate line for the gross and discount. 

The only renew discount I know of is the early bird discount for $150, I believe. The auto renew I didnt feel was worth it for me. If auto renew was a greater %, I believe more would opt for this. But profit profit profit is the word of the day. 🙂

Auto Renew discount amt is based off the product renewing, ie if you ONLY purchase Fast Path it's $75, 1040 Complete is $150 and PowerTax is $250.

I use Power Tax just so that I can get the biggest discount from Intuit :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

is that all, Ashley? I got a call from someone earlier this year who told me (at first) that if I signed up for Auto Renew, my savings would be (cant fully remember) 10-20% of my renewal which is $3k+. He later backtracked as he mentioned my overall package wasnt considered enough.

For me $250 wasnt enough of a savings for auto renew. I always leave my options open.....even though I always re-sign. hahaha!!
