Unexpected Behavior - adjective or noun which basically is used as an alternative for "bug."  Mainly common in software writing terminology to suggest that programmers screwed something up but only half-heartily want to admit it.  A kind alternative to admitting that there is a bug in software.

- Phrase also can be used when pigs fly!  Or Chinese balloon actually flies over the Iron Range.
