Hi! Thank you for your reply.
We tried rebooting twice. We made sure everyone was logged out of the system and it didn't work. It took three hours on the help desk today to get this unlocked. It was a lot of behind the scenes with Intuit going back and forth with Right Networks. Nothing we did just a gliche with the system. Really bad timing, any delay in work this close to the deadline is not a good thing!
