I am trying to file my clients taxes but the program rejected it and said she is missing her 8962 and 1095A which I appreciate that it is letting me know ahead of time. My problem is she says she doesn't have a 1095A and her employer provided a 1095 C . I told her to call the marketplace and double check but I am wondering if anyone else has this problem?

She needs to call healthcare.gov and see if they have anything on file for her SSN.
I have seen some other posts about 8962 rejections that appear to be erroneous, so it may just be a bad IRS rejection.
